What a day! Our first Provalus Provides Day was a not only impactful but heartwarming. We spent the entire day giving back with 3 different organizations. We kicked off the day with a Habitat for Humanity project where we demo’d a house of a first responder. It was hit by a hurricane, then caught on fire; the damage was overwhelming. We’re thankful to help give her a fresh start.
We then continued to Drexel & Honeybee’s, one of Brewton’s gems as a unique food bank that actually is a restaurant where you pay what you can. A special thank you to Steve Harvey for his tremendous donation to Lisa to help repair their appliances that were damaged in the hurricane.
We finished our day with a program that is near and dear to our heart, the Backpack Buddies program, a charity that provides a bag of meals to “food insecure children” to ensure that they don’t go hungry all weekend. As a competitive crew, we were thrilled to pack over 800 meals. What a wonderful way to kick off our season of giving and saying “THANK YOU” to our clients, teammates and our communities!!
