Provalus Tech Center Expansion
July 1, 2021

Provalus, the impact outsourcing brand of Optomi Professional Services, is experiencing explosive growth, prompting expansion of the firm’s technology innovation center in Brewton, Alabama. The new state of the art facility increases capacity 3-fold, adding an additional 55,000 square feet of space onto the existing buildings. The new construction is thoughtfully designed to include additional secure rooms, patio entertaining space, a rooftop garden & patio, workout and laundry areas for team members.

Provalus is elevating under-employed communities by providing technology, business and support positions to undiscovered talent in the U.S. By up-skilling local talent, Provalus is able to provide Fortune-listed companies the dependable, quality and practical services they need…straight from the heart of America. The impact solutions company specializes in Customer Experience, Help Desk, Network Operations and Security Operations and Support Services.

“Our main mission is to provide value to the U.S. by bringing jobs back… especially to rural areas,” commented Laura Chevalier, President of Provalus. “The I.T. solutions that have been traditionally outsourced overseas can now be serviced here in the U.S. through Provalus. Throughout this last year particularly, companies have recognized the need to have a partner that focuses on quality and collaborative support, while also providing a highly dependable solution. With our BCP plans, fall over facilities and diverse locations throughout the U.S., we offer an unmatched solution here in country.”

Brewton is the flagship and initial technology innovation center for Provalus, but has quickly reached its capacity and is in historic expansion mode. “We have been able to have a tremendous impact on the community already by our first few hundred hires here in Brewton. The team and the city has been doing a tremendous job to revitalize the community. It is truly a beacon for the region. Just this year, Brewton has been approved for a municipal water project as a result of the influx of jobs to the town. It’s a project that had been on the list for decades. The ability for the town to make investments in infrastructure has also sparked new business growth with new local ice cream & sandwich shops and a national presence from the Papa John’s franchise. Seeing the impact is a testament to the collaboration between our teams, the community and clients,” commented Will Ruzic the VP of Facilities/GM at Provalus and local Brewton community member and leader.
