Provalus to Create over 100 New Jobs for the Manning, South Carolina Community
November 14, 2019

Provalus is heading to South Carolina! We’re establishing an operation in downtown Manning, South Carolina, to create over 100 new tech positions for Clarendon County. The initiative is projected to have a multi-million dollar economic impact over the course of five years.

“We’re proud to welcome Provalus to South Carolina and excited for the 105 new jobs the company is bringing to Clarendon County. This announcement is a milestone for the community, and we’re excited to see what the future has in store for Provalus.” stated Gov. Henry McMaster.

Mike Brenan, Central S.C. Alliance Chairman commented, “Provalus’ visionary decision to establish operations in Clarendon County provides an exciting opportunity for the IT landscape. Congratulations to Provalus and our friends in Clarendon County for amplifying our workforce and charting a bright future for small town tech.”

This technology innovation center is the third rural facility to open in just 2 years of business for Provalus. The proximity of this location to the Optomi Professional Services office in Charlotte, NC increases opportunity for Provalus to provide outsourcing services to the robust client base of the area.

Clients looking to migrate their outsourced projects from off-shore back to the U.S. will find working with Provalus a more reliable solution.

Chuck Ruggiero, President of Provalus commented “ We’re on a mission to bring jobs back to the U.S. Provalus is not only solving the tech talent shortage in America, it’s also giving families an opportunity to improve their livelihoods.”

Challenge A Fortune 300 manufacturing organization faced an overwhelming surge of uninvestigated security alerts with 99% unresolved. Valuable time and resources were wasted investigating false positives, resulting in alert fatigue and diverting focus from proactive security measures and strategic initiatives. This flood of alerts desensitized the security team, impairing their ability to detect and respond to real threats, leaving the company vulnerable to cyberattacks and data breaches, and putting sensitive information and critical systems at risk. The manufacturer lacked a clear understanding of its security posture, making it challenging to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize mitigation efforts effectively. SOLution Facing increasing demands to safeguard intellectual property, ensure business continuity, and maintain partner trust, the client recognized an urgent need for change. They sought a security partner capable of providing advanced threat detection while mitigating alert fatigue, so they could focus on what truly mattered. Enter Provalus, an innovative technology solutions provider known for its unique model of building high-performing teams in rural delivery centers. Leveraging hybrid teams and a proprietary talent development initiative, The Meridian Program, Provalus quickly proved to be the ideal partner to overcome the client’s challenges.
